Daddy's Football Star

Saturday morning when Parkes got up and I asked him what he wanted to do he said "fooball with Daddy." So we put him in his football jersey and headed to the park. He got really excited when we first got there and saw some big kids having a football game but quickly threw a fit when we wouldn't let him play with them. Once he got playing with Daddy though it was all smiles as he threw,

hiked,

tackled,

and kicked the ball. Once he had his share of football he went over to the playground where he went down the slide with Daddy several times and did manage to come over and give me a hug before running back to play with Daddy. I'll post those pictures later. He is quite the Daddy's boy right now. then Saturday night he went to his first hockey game with Daddy while I had a girl's night out. They said that he had a great time.
